• At BONCAFÉ MIDDLE EAST LLC, we provide reliable and efficient delivery services across the UAE. Enjoy free delivery on all orders over 150 AED.
• Place your order On Friday before 3:30 Pm to receive it on Saturday in Dubai.
• Delivery is not available on Sunday & during holidays
• Extra fees are applicable if the delivery is out of city limits

Return & Exchange Policy

Food Products

Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please note that food products are non-returnable under any circumstances. Pre-authorization is required for all returns. Please contact us before  initiating a return.

Equipment & Non-Food Products

Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. Pre-authorization is required. Please contact us before returning items.

Returns After 30 Days

Return requests made more than 30 days after the purchase date may be accepted at the company's discretion.

If approved, a minimum restocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price will be deducted from the refund amount.

Additional deductions may apply if the product is not returned in its original condition, is missing parts or accessories, or shows signs of use or damage.
