Return & Exchange Policy
We ensure customer satisfaction with a simple and fair return polic for food and non-food products.
Food Products
Returns are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival. Items must be unused and in their original condition. No returns or refunds for coffee and other food products unless they meet the above criteria. Pre-authorization is required—please contact us before returning items.
Equipment & Non-Food Products
Returns are accepted within 3 calendar days from the invoice date. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags and accessories intact. A valid proof of purchase is required. Pre-authorization is required—please contact us before initiating a return. Once inspected and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
International Orders
All international sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. BONCAFÉ MIDDLE EAST LLC is not liable for these charges. If a customer refuses delivery, no refund will be issued, and additional charges may apply.

Barista is a very powerful person in the coffee chain. Barista is the spokesperson for the hundreds or thousands of people who were involved with each coffee, prior to its arrival in the cafe or restaurant.
Barista speaks for the farmers, the processors, the roasters, the business owners, and indeed for coffee itself.
Beverages Menu Development
Menu development is available upon request for all our clients purchasing Boncafe products and with advice available on suitable products and recipes for your establishment. Boncafe will also provide training for your staff which can be conducted at our Boncafe showroom or on site at your venue.
